Catching the “Big One”

This $h!# is real…  I am weaning off of Cymbalta so I can manage my Fibromyalgia itself with Cannabis and I’ve had the hardest time with managing my withdrawal symptoms and I just want it to end already.  I do feel like I’m almost there, but head and face zaps are going to make me crazy.

I made a little discovery though, I purchased a couple of sativa strain capsules from the dispensary and tried them out for the first time this weekend.  One capsule works for about 6-8 hours and taking one in the morning yesterday allowed me to deal with the withdrawals enough to enjoy time with my family and a full day of boating, fishing, grilling, games, smore’s, ice cream, drinks, darts and ended the day with an episode of “Drunk History” (check it out if you have never seen it, it is hilarious!!)

Fishing is one of my favorite things to do, I use a method that we call “ugly fishing”.  It works great for catching bass. I caught the “biggest” large mouth bass but it was still really only about 7-8 inches long… Still a fun catch though!

Anyway, the downside to the capsules is that they are super expensive ($6.50 for 2) so buying them at the dispensary will break the bank but I am going to try to make my own.  I’ll let you know how it goes!

Have a Happy Day! XO

  1. I’m sorry the withdrawal is so difficult! It will be over soon. It is so nice to hear about the good things going on in your life. There seems to be a more positive tone which is wonderful!

    1. I wish I was just done with it already. You’re right though, I am definitely having many moments of feeling myself again so I’m very excited!
